Yes — we require an adult to be present when we arrive so we can walk through the issue together, explain what we’re seeing, and review the price with you before starting any work. This is part of how we keep things transparent. We’ll also send you a heads-up call or text before we arrive so you’re not stuck waiting around all morning. We respect your time as much as we respect ours.
